（中央社記者鄭景雯台北11日電）文化總會日前收到包括總統蔡英文在內600多筆入會申請，文化總會原要開會討論，但人數不足流會，是否代表蔡總統不具下屆文總會長參選資格？中華文化總會長劉兆玄說，「是」。



劉兆玄口中的「把手伸入到民間」，指的就是日前文化總會收到600多筆「不尋常」的入會申請。劉兆玄指出，有執委表示，「承受很多要求、運作啊，很厭煩，昨天也不願意來（開會）」。

















劉兆玄今天下午也召開記者會強調，文化總會是「民間團體，沒有政治干擾」，他也呼籲政府，「這時候不要把手伸入到民間的文化團體中來，這對兩岸、台灣文化都不是好事情」。











劉兆玄表示，他雖然不知道是誰在運作，但和其他執委談起來，「來自官方、民進黨黨團、來自柯建銘，都有」，他認為，「這個運作稍微超過了一點」。
